My inspiration has always been the relationship of color within the world around me. Color can affect us emotionally making things warm or cold, provocative or sympathetic, exciting or tranquil. 

A beach on a sunny day is joyous and inviting, on a rainy day can feel depressing or lonesome and during a sunset can be romantic and loving.

I enjoy that something as simple as color can lead a person to feel differently about an image, it can summon different emotions or feelings to each person individually. Red may trigger feelings of anger and violence to one, and love and romance to another.

 My work is a direct result of my curiosity with color.
